It works very simply. Users are divided into two types: creators and recipients. Creators are organizations issuing and registering documents in the system. Each document is assigned an electronic number. The organization uploads an electronic document to the system, and the recipients accept it in PDF format, while the document contains all the necessary information about the issuing organization, who issued it, the electronic number used to verify the authenticity of the document, and so on. The "original" document is stored in the system on the server of the organization itself and is not available for change by third parties. The Blockchain technology evenly distributes the company's “central server” evenly around the world, thereby reducing the likelihood of hacking into an organization’s server with subsequent loss and alteration of data.
Recipients have the ability to authenticate a document not only by number, but also by content through a decentralized blockchain system, thereby eliminating the possibility of changing the content in the document without changing the number.
