PLAYABLE-TOKENS

Athlete tokens are usable and tradable within any game that is built on the top of the Fanex Platform. Each athlete will consist of 10,000 AthleteTokens.

3,000 AthleteTokens will be the initial float for the community Airdrop, with the remaining 7,000 tokens reserved for our investors, players & strategic partners, and developers using the FanexPlatform.

FANEX PLATFORM

The FanexPlatform will allow developers to build their own applications that incorporate Fanex tokens.

COLLECT, TRADE AND WAGER

Games won't just be limited to those Fanex builds itself. The developers are able to build the platform and make their own apps which incorporate Athlete Tokens.

Fanex Coins are purchased in the Fanex Private Sale, Pre-Sale, and Token Sale. Fanex Coins will be converted into Athlete Tokens at a rate of 1 to 1. Once a Fanex Coin is converted into Athlete Token the Fanex Coin will be forever burned, resulting in a shrinking total supply.

Athlete Tokens are playable-tokens that can be held, traded, exchanged or used in fantasy-like betting games and competitions. An example being the first game we plan to release - a simple 1v1 wager where two fans each select a token and agree on a statistic to determine the winner with the loser giving up their tokens.

You could bet another fan of a single token that Stephen Curry will score more points than LeBron James in this game - and if Curry does, you'll receive both tokens!

Our platform will allow developers to build their own applications that incorporate Fanex tokens, creating more fun ways to use and win Athlete Tokens.

TOKEN SALE

total of 400,000,000 Fanex Coins will be created from those 200,000,000 will be made available during the Pre-Sale and Token Sale.

Of those 200,000,000 made available, 132,000,000 Fanex Coins will be swapped to Athlete Tokens on a rolling basis in franchise as per the exchange launch schedule. 
Exchange Launch Schedule

The NBA exchange will launch Follow by FIFA, Champions League, Premiership, followed by 21 additional organizations across 8 sports

(NHL, NFL, MLB, UFC, Bellator, PGA, LPGA, MLS, EFL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, France Ligue 1, Eredivisie, Scotish Premiership, League MX, Super, Lig (Turkey), Ukranian Premier League, Primeira Liga, Tennis, Boxing). Beyond that additional exchanges will be launched for sports like NASCAR, Formula 1, eSports, Influencers, etc).

Future sports, organizations and athletes will issue a rolling basis per the 10,000 Athlete Tokens per athlete supply. This will result in a downward pressure on the total supply of Fanex Coins.

Each respective exchange launch will see the conversion of Fanex Coins to Athlete Tokens. 10,000 Athlete Tokens swapped from Fanex Coins to Athlete Tokens per professional athlete.

Once Fanex Coins are swapped to Athlete Tokens the Fanex Coins are burned forever, resulting in a shrinking supply of Fanex Coins. Fanex Coins will be swapped into Athlete Tokens on a 1: 1 base, and has an allocated athletes at 10,000 Athlete Tokens per athlete; subsequent athlete tokens can only be purchased from the existing owner at the free market rate on the Fanex Exchange.

Future exchange launches beyond the initial 8 sports and 17 organizations, will also give Fanex Coin holders the opportunity to swap new Athlete Tokens on a 1: 1 basis. Fanex Coins swapped to Athlete Tokens are always burned forever.

Each athlete has 10,000 Athlete Tokens, a finite amount per athlete.

10,000 Athlete Tokens per athlete are swapped from Fanex Coins, with the 132,000,000 Fanex Coins swapped to Athlete Tokens burned forever.

In total 132,000,000 Fanex Coins will be swapped into Athlete Tokens on a 1 to 1 basis. 
Token Sale Distribution

Private, Pre-Sale and Token their time-series sale and will have their FANEX Coins will be distributed based on their participation time. Pre-Sale participants will receive their FANEX Coins before Token Sale participants and will have the ability to swap their FANEX Coins to Athlete Toker sooner because of their earlier timestamped participation.
